MK4000 Full-Wavelength Microplate Reader is a high-quality ELISA reader based on a grating monochromator with a wavelength range of 200~1000nm. It is designed for medical, biological laboratories, and drug development institutions, and can be used for spectral scanning, endpoint method, and kinetic detection. Compared with similar products on the market, it has the advantage of flexible detection.
MK4000 can be used for microplate oscillation and cultivation without the need for additional filters, and is suitable for various plate types. The interface is intuitive, clear, and the operation is flexible and convenient. It is a full wavelength enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) analyzer that can be integrated to meet various experimental needs of customers.
本產品具有以下特點：
1、適配96孔板、384孔板、超微量板、比色皿，多樣選擇，適配您的實驗需求。比色皿模式具有獨立的比色皿軟件，可直接用于終點法、動力學、光譜掃描與標準曲線建立。超微量檢測板專為快速檢測小體積樣品而設計。支持同時分析多達16個樣品。用戶可快速方便地清除已測樣品以進行連續測量。
2、200-1000nm全波長掃描，1nm步進遞增量。內設參比通道，每次檢測無需開機預熱即可保證光強準確性，確保任何測量情況下獲得一致的結果。儀器開機自檢功能，對光源、檢測器、載板位置等關鍵部件進行檢查，確保儀器運行的穩定可靠。

線性振蕩模式振蕩頻率分為低、中、高三擋供用戶選擇。
4、功能齊全的數據分析軟件，可滿足絕大部分數據處理需求。內置多種數據處理方式，包含定量曲線擬合、定性分析、動力學計算、自定義方程以及四參數擬合等，并且支持客戶定制服務，可根據客戶需求增加計算方法。數據可一鍵導出到Excel，也可通過內置工具生成詳盡的結果報告。
This product has the following characteristics:
1. Suitable for 96 well plates, 384 well plates, ultramicro plates, and colorimetric dishes, with a variety of choices to meet your experimental needs. The colorimetric dish mode has independent colorimetric dish software, which can be directly used for endpoint method, kinetics, spectral scanning, and standard curve establishment. The ultra trace detection plate is designed for rapid detection of small volume samples. Supports simultaneous analysis of up to 16 samples. Users can quickly and conveniently clear the tested samples for continuous measurement.
2. 200-1000nm full wavelength scanning, with incremental steps of 1nm. Equipped with an internal reference channel, each detection does not require preheating to ensure the accuracy of light intensity, ensuring consistent results in any measurement situation. The self check function of the instrument during startup checks key components such as the light source, detector, and carrier position to ensure stable and reliable operation of the instrument.
3. Equipped with incubation function, the average temperature difference between wells is ± 0.5 ℃ at room temperature+4 ℃~65 ℃ and 37 ℃
The oscillation frequency of linear oscillation mode is divided into low, medium, and high gears for users to choose from.
4. A fully functional data analysis software that can meet the vast majority of data processing needs. Built in multiple data processing methods, including quantitative curve fitting, qualitative analysis, dynamic calculation, custom equations, and four parameter fitting, and supports customized services for customers. Calculation methods can be added according to customer needs. Data can be exported to Excel with just one click, and detailed result reports can also be generated through built-in tools.
